An Italian manufacturer of components and assemblies approached us with a wedge screen cylinder project that required particularly careful control of the product details. Rather than moving directly from the initial inquiry to manufacturing, we worked through the drawings and specifications step by step. Dimensions, slot requirements, cylinder construction and connection details were cross-checked against the latest confirmed information so that the production team could work from one final, consistent version.

This repeated confirmation process was especially important because a wedge screen cylinder is often integrated as a functional component within a larger assembly. Small differences in diameter, length, slot arrangement or end construction can affect how the finished part fits and works with the surrounding components.

Once all details had been finalized, the cylinder was manufactured according to the approved requirements.
