Wedge Wire Screen Cylinder for a Water Treatment Project

For a water treatment project in Turkey, the wedge wire screen cylinder needed to match a specific installation arrangement and liquid flow direction. The confirmed configuration was Radial Internal – FITO, with the filtration flow passing from the inside of the cylinder toward the outside.

The order was therefore developed around the complete cylinder configuration rather than dimensions alone. Slot opening, cylinder diameter, overall length, support arrangement and end details were reviewed together to keep the product consistent with the confirmed design.

Once the structure and flow direction had been agreed, production proceeded according to the finalized order requirements and delivery schedule.
