Threaded ending wedge wire screen lateral
Wedge wire screen laterals assemblies are vessel internals, consist of hub steel pipe with a screen laterals, which can efficiently collect or distribute liquid/gas while preventing the medium from flowing out.
Wedge Wire Screen Lateral Assemblies, also called Under Draining Filtering, water distributor, medium collector.
We can design wedge wire screen laterals assemblies according to Vessel/Filter size, flange size, flow rate, medium sizes.
At the same time, the middle row device of the wedge wire screen laterals assemblies can be made according to the requirements of a variety of shapes, such as ordinary radial type, fishbone type, T-type,etc.The size of the laterals branch pipe and the hub master pipe can also be designed and produced according to the requirements of customers.
Wedge wire screen laterals assemblies widely used in ion exchange, clay and sand filtration, carbon towers and power plant water systems and other equipment.

The dimensions of our products can be customized according to the design and purchasing needs of our customers.
We offer various types of screen laterals and hub and header lateral assemblies for your option or customize according to your specific needs.
Screen laterals are key components of wedge wire screen lateral assemblies. Multiple screen laterals are typically connected through hubs or headers by using threaded or flange connections. Screen laterals are primarily made of wedge wire screen tubes and can also be made of perforated steel tubes inside the wedge wire screen tubes. Different component designs of screen laterals allow the lateral assemblies to adapt to different applications and tanks.

Wedge wire screen laterals assemblies are divided into hub lateral assembly and header lateral assembly based on their installation position and function within the tank.
Hub radial lateral assembly consists of a central hub and several screen laterals. It is typically installed at the top or bottom of the vessel. It commonly works as hub-lateral distributor at the top of the tank for liquid distribution and serves as hub-lateral collector at the bottom of the tank for liquid collection. Especially in radial flow equipment such as centrifuges, hub radial lateral assembly ensures uniform distribution or concentrated collection of liquids within the equipment. The hub radial lateral assembly can be 4 laterals (cross laterals), 6 laterals, 8 laterals, 16 laterals, one layer screen laterals and two layers laterals.

Header lateral assembly is composed of a central header and several screen laterals mounted on both sides of the pipe. It is used in the middle section of the tank to ensure even distribution or collection of liquids within or at the outlet of the vessel. Header lateral assembly can adapt to different process conditions while maintaining high distribution efficiency.
