Wedge Wire Screen Panels – Providing Effective Solid Liquid Filtration

Wedge wire screen panels, also known as wedge wire flat screens, are rectangular wedge wire materials used for filtration. Wedge wire screen panels are manufactured using equally spaced wedge wires and support rods, which as surface profiles are welded onto the support profiles at 90° at each intersection.

Therefore, the shape and characteristics of wedge wire screen panels facilitate the accurate completion of the filtration process by vibration or liquid flow and are suitable for the screening of solids and the filtration of liquids.
