Internals Support Grid – Both Integral & Segmented Design

The internal support grid is a filtration product made by welding wedge wire, support rods, and metal grates. The design of the internal support grid is intended to provide precise filtration and stable support, effectively preventing the loss of bed media within various reactors and tower internals.

The internal support grid primarily serves two functions: to support static and dynamic loads (pressure differentials during operation) in industrial processes, ensuring reliable system operation. Media within reactors often represent high-cost materials in the process, and the design of the internal support grid plays a crucial role in media retention. Additionally, our product dimensions can be customized based on customer requirements or based on the particle size of the media.
