We recently customized and produced two different shapes of wedge wire screen panels for a South African crop processing factory customer - square and round with laser cut holes. When we first received the customer's inquiry, the customer hoped that we could provide an effective filtering solution. After in-depth discussion, we proposed to the customer that we could use laser cutting to meet the customer's needs and provided the customer with the drawings. Finally, we got the customer's approval and started production. The customer is very satisfied with our service and quality.

Wedge wire screen panels are made of equally spaced wedge wires and support bars, which are welded to the support profile at 90° at each intersection as surface profiles. They are suitable for screening solids and filtering liquids. Their small gap size ensures precision efficiency. They are durable, low maintenance and corrosion resistant.
