Wedge Wire Flat Screens with Rigid Support Structure

We supplied custom wedge wire flat screens to a processing service provider in Vietnam for an industrial filtration and separation project. The screens were intended for further fabrication, so both filtration performance and dimensional compatibility were important.

Wedge wire flat screens use V-shaped profile wires welded to support rods to form continuous slots. This structure provides a high open area, good strength and reduced clogging, and is commonly used for filtration, solid-liquid separation and dewatering.

For this project, the customer required stable slot openings, good panel flatness and accurate dimensions. Before production, we reviewed the drawing and confirmed the panel size, slot direction, profile wire, support arrangement and other key technical details.

After the specifications were finalized, the screens were produced and inspected before shipment. The customer confirmed that the finished panels matched the agreed requirements and were suitable for the planned fabrication work.
