A customer required customized wedge wire intake screens for a water intake system. The screens were designed to help intercept leaves, stones, aquatic debris and other suspended solids before water entered the downstream pipeline or pump system.

According to the project requirements, the screen structure, slot opening, diameter, length, flow direction and end connection details were confirmed before production. The continuous wedge wire slot structure helps maintain water flow while reducing the entry of larger impurities.

The intake screens were produced according to the confirmed drawings and application conditions. Key details such as screen size, reinforcement structure, welding quality, surface condition and installation interface were checked before delivery.
