A Spanish client provided the basic parameters for a intake screens, include slot size, length, diameter, flange details, and other key dimensions. Based on this information, we carried out a secondary engineering design to supplement and refine the structural details, including wedge wire specifications, support framework layout, and reinforcing ribs. We also optimized critical manufacturing dimensions and tolerances and delivered complete production drawings. After the client confirmed the drawings, we arranged production to ensure accurate on-site fit-up and stable long-term operation.
