Industrial Wedge Wire Strainer for Liquid-Solid Separation

We supplied 11 custom wedge wire filter elements in two designs to a distributor in China serving the chemical and industrial filtration sector. The elements had 0.05 mm and 1 mm slot openings with different filtration flow directions. The first type featured outside-to-inside (FOTI) flow with a lifting handle, while the second used inside-to-outside (FITO) flow. Both types were equipped with flanged ends.

To meet the customer's urgent schedule, production was expedited. The finished filter elements were inspected for key specifications, including slot openings, tube lengths, flange dimensions, and end structures, demonstrating our capability to manufacture customized wedge wire filtration components.
