Anti-Deformation Wedge Wire Filter Element

The customer purchased our titanium material multi-sized flanged wedge wire filter element for use in their filtration production process. Previously, some of the filter elements used by the customer had experienced pipe body bending and deformation after long-term operation. To address this issue, we based on the product structure characteristics, recommended a screen tube solution with internal perforated support tubes to the customer. By adding an internal support structure, we enhanced the overall strength of the product, thereby fundamentally reducing the risk of deformation during operation.

After the customer approved the solution, detailed technical parameters were provided. Our technical team based on these parameters repeatedly optimized and refined the drawings. Once the drawings were finalized, the customer purchased a set of products with an internal perforated support tube structure for trial use and testing. During the testing period, our team followed up throughout the process and provided exclusive technical support to assist the customer in completing a comprehensive assessment of the actual usage effect. After a period of actual operation verification, the customer highly recognized the product quality and usage effect, and immediately placed a batch purchase order.
