An Australian end user of mechanical equipment returned to purchase another batch of wedge wire screen tubes. The specifications were reconfirmed for this order to ensure that the new tubes matched the customer's dimensional and installation requirements.
Wedge wire screen tubes are constructed from profile wires welded to supporting rods, forming continuous and uniform slot openings. Different tube diameters, lengths, slot sizes, support profiles, flow directions and end configurations can be selected according to equipment requirements.
For this order, the material, outside diameter, overall length, slot opening, profile wire, support arrangement and end details were reviewed before manufacturing. Particular attention was given to maintaining consistent slots and a stable cylindrical structure for installation in the customer's machinery.
The completed wedge wire screen tubes were checked for slot consistency, diameter, length, straightness, welding condition and surface finish. After inspection, they were securely packed and prepared for delivery to Australia, continuing the established cooperation with the customer.
