Wedge wire screen tube in solid-liquid separation & filtration

A food processing plant in India upgraded its starch dewatering section to improve throughput and reduce screen blinding during continuous operation. We supplied a customized wedge wire screen tube (stainless steel, precision slot control) designed for stable solid-liquid separation and easy cleaning. Based on the client's process conditions and interface dimensions, our engineers completed the customization design, proposed the slot / wire structure, and shared detailed drawings for review.

Through multiple rounds of technical clarification and drawing confirmation, we finalized the manufacturing details and delivered a screen tube that fit the system directly – helping the client achieve more consistent filtration performance and faster maintenance turnaround.
