The customer contacted our company through a web inquiry, seeking to purchase secondary filter screens for their gold powder screening project.

At the initial stage, the customer’s requirements were not clearly defined, so we first provided a reference quotation. Later, after the customer conducted on-site measurements, we revised and optimized the design drawings according to their feedback.

Once the design was finalized, the customer decided to proceed with the order. To ensure easy transportation and accurate installation, the product was divided into six separate sections, and we supplied detailed engineering and assembly drawings for the customer’s confirmation before production.

After production was completed, our team performed strict quality inspection based on the workshop drawings. The goods passed inspection successfully and were then shipped by sea to the destination port.
