After thorough communication with the client, we jointly determined the technical requirements and confirmed the detailed drawings with them. Our production team manufactured the wedge wire rotary screen drums under strict quality control to ensure full compliance with both ISO standards and the customer’s tolerance requirements.

The design strategically utilized SS316L for the screen surface to guarantee superior corrosion resistance, while SS304L was employed for the structural components to achieve an optimal balance of cost and reliability. The 0.25 mm slot size was chosen to optimize material agitation and separation efficiency.

Upon completion, all products were carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment to the United States.
