Wedge Screen Cylinder with Stable Screening Structure

For a U.S. supplier of building and decorative materials, we developed a wedge screen cylinder as a functional component for its own equipment. Instead of using a standard configuration, the cylinder was produced around the customer's required equipment fit and structural details.

The continuous-slot screening surface is formed by profile wires welded to supporting rods. This construction combines controlled openings with a rigid cylindrical structure and provides an effective screening area while helping reduce blockage during operation.

For this project, attention was focused on how the screen cylinder would fit into the existing assembly. The overall diameter and length, slot arrangement, support construction and end connection were coordinated according to the confirmed requirements so that the finished component could be incorporated into the equipment correctly.

The completed wedge screen cylinder matched the agreed dimensional and structural details and was prepared for delivery after final confirmation.
