Internals Support Grid for Reactor Media Support & Retention

An old customer selected our internals support grid for use inside a reactor vessel. According to the application requirements, the product needed to provide stable media support, precise retention, and reliable structural performance.

Our wedge wire support grid is welded from wedge wire, support rods, and metal grating, combining filtration precision with structural support. It can be supplied in integral or segmented design, with dimensions customized to suit different applications and equipment.

During the project, we kept close communication with the customer to confirm key details, including slot opening, wedge wire and support rod specifications, support spacing, frame thickness, lifting lugs, and sealing parts. Without changing the functional requirements, we also optimized several details for better manufacturability and provided updated drawings for approval.

To help the customer track production and delivery, we established a fixed weekly progress report. Every Wednesday, we shared the overall progress, completed tasks, production photos, next-step plan, and estimated remaining lead time, which improved project transparency and communication efficiency.
