Wedge Wire Flat Screens for Multi-Spec Sample Evaluation

An Argentine customer involved in agriculture, aquaculture and marine engineering requested a wedge wire flat screen sample for product evaluation. In addition to the specification originally requested, we prepared four extra samples with different configurations to give the customer more options for comparison.

The samples were produced with different combinations of slot openings and structural details, allowing the customer to review how changes in screen configuration could suit different filtration or screening requirements. Wedge wire flat screens use V-shaped surface wires welded to support profiles, forming continuous slots with a smooth screening surface and rigid construction.

Providing several sample specifications also gave the customer a more direct way to compare slot size, screen structure and overall construction before deciding on the most suitable option for its project.

The requested sample and the four additional specifications were prepared together and supplied for the customer's evaluation, supporting further technical selection before a larger order or project decision.
