Custom Wedge Wire Panels for Process and Screening Equipment

We supplied 20 flat wedge wire screen panels with a 1 mm slot opening to a component and assembly manufacturer in Malaysia. The screens were specified in SS201 stainless steel, using 2 × 3 mm triangular profile wires and 3 × 5 mm triangular support rods at a 30 mm pitch. The profile wire length was 3000 mm, with a support rod length of 1500 mm.

The finished panels were checked for dimensions, slot openings, profile wire details, and material composition. To address the customer's concern about wooden pallets cracking during transportation, stronger steel pallets were used for packaging. The project involved both customized screen panel production and specific packaging requirements.
