Custom Rotary Drum Screen for Sugarcane Juice Filtration

A customer from Pakistan's sugar industry selected our rotary drum screen for sugarcane juice filtration and solid-liquid separation. Unlike water-treatment applications, this project focused on cane juice screening, fiber removal, and continuous operation in sugar mill equipment. Rotary screens are commonly used in sugar processing to separate juice from cane fibre and remove impurities.

Built with wedge wire construction, the screen features continuous V-shaped slots that help maintain flow and reduce clogging from fibrous material. Based on the customer's specific working conditions, we provided a preliminary drawing, optimized the design through repeated communication, and finally completed the customized screen for on-time delivery. The solution was well recognized by the customer.
