Custom Sieve Bend Screens for Dairy & Food Processing Systems

An Argentine company specializing in dairy and food processing equipment required wedge wire sieve bends for integration into one of its equipment projects. As the customer operates as an equipment manufacturer and technical service provider, the screen construction was developed around the confirmed equipment dimensions and installation requirements.

The curved wedge wire screening surface combines continuous slot openings with a rigid supporting structure. This design provides a large effective screening area and is suitable for screening, sizing and dewatering duties in food-processing and other industrial systems.
